With over 35 years of international experience in the Oil & Gas industry, Horst Peak has led operations across all major global energy hubs, including the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Asia Pacific. His career spans a broad spectrum of leadership roles in well construction products and services, business process management (BPM), performance engineering, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental) operational excellence.
Horst has completed four major enterprise-wide Black Belt projects, applying PMI methodologies to drive measurable business transformation. His hands-on leadership and strategic oversight have enabled more than 50 global facilities to achieve and maintain Integrated Management System (IMS-ISO) certifications.
Throughout his distinguished career, Horst has held key positions at industry leaders such as Fervo Energy, Mammoet, Weatherford, The OMV Group, and BP, bringing deep expertise, cross-cultural agility, and a proven track record in driving safety, quality, and performance at scale.

His management experience path took him through operational and engineering management, contract management, regional business development, and regional supply chain management for companies and product service lines in the Middle East, Europe, Africa, Russia, China, and Asia Pacific. Companies including Halliburton Energy Services, Schlumberger Ltd., Weatherford International Inc., and their subsidiaries were part of his employment. Bob has also held Board of Directors positions.
